Private residence “R”
Building itself is situated in the northernmost portion of the land plot leaving the sunny garden
at the Southern side in a great balance of beautiful views from the living spaces of the
residence. It embodies two characters – It is almost modest in nature and gives off a subtle
appearance from the side of the entrance, but it also fully realizes its potential when you get
a closer look at it. This is achieved through a scenario of combinations of different viewpoints,
intricate details that skillfully allow the light to create shadows, coexisting spaces, and
willingness to enjoy them.
