Private residences "Kaigan Villas"
Our work - aluminum structures in an elite private house village near Lake Babīte. Our large windows open up a view of the beautiful lake and green surroundings. All glass-aluminum structures, windows, and hinged display cases are products of the energy-efficient Schüco system designed for passive houses. The profile systems were painted with a special matte structural paint. Facade and sliding window systems meet the highest standards in terms of design, comfort, safety, and energy efficiency, the latest design trends, and functionality. Kaigan Villas took first place in the "Latvian Construction Association Annual Award 2023", winning the nomination for the best "New Residential Building 2023".
